Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the best location for the panels
- Mount panels on roofs using appropriate tools and equipment
- Connect panels to inverters and electrical systems

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (preferably Canadian)
- Ability to work full-time in Izhevsk, Russia
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Basic understanding of electrical systems preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
