Secretary - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring a skilled Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the management team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update company files and records
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Make travel arrangements for employees as required
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and employees
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
What we offer:
