We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lom, Africa. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality and delicious dishes. Your creativity and expertise in developing new menus and recipes will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, taking into account dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Create unique and innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local cuisine
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting to maintain cost efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and new techniques in cooking

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proficiency in creating innovative menus with a strong understanding of flavor profiles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and kitchen equipment operation
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month
