Senior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial concept design to project completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their project vision, goals, and requirements.
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Review and provide feedback on project designs and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects within budget and on schedule.

Salary: $1600 per month.
