Architectural Technologist - Full Time Position in Akron, USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron, USA. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and models, conducting site visits, and assisting with project management tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design plans are accurate and feasible
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to Akron, USA
