We are a growing architecture firm based in Akron, USA and we are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our architects and designers in creating and developing architectural plans for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed architectural plans for residential and commercial projects
- Use CAD software to produce 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
