Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Lom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
