Entry-Level Smelter Operator


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Smelter Operator to join our team in Pula. As a smelter operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used to extract metals from their ores or raw materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and potentially hazardous environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Pula, a beautiful city on the coast of Croatia known for its rich history, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture.
