Sales Manager - Albena, India
As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Albena region of India. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with our team to build relationships with clients and develop strategic plans to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the Albena region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within the Albena region
