Android Developer


As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with our team of developers and designers to create user-friendly and innovative apps that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure that our apps are high quality and meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and fix bugs in existing applications
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work with external data sources and APIs
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Android Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, XML, Android SDKs, design patterns, UI/UX standards
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs integration
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent debugging skills to troubleshoot problems in code
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
