In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by answering inquiries, making recommendations, and assisting with various requests. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
