Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Akron. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with reservations and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with making reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local area information to effectively assist guests
- Assist with luggage handling and other concierge duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus but not required
