Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the hotel. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by bringing in new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and ensure that they are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to set sales targets and monitor progress towards meeting them
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and develop new business leads
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable)
City: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Preference for Malayalee candidates or those who are fluent in Malayalam language.
