Our hotel in Riyadh is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue and building relationships in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and packages with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required), knowledge of Arabic (preferred)
