Merchandiser (English Speaking)

We are a leading retail company in Ajman looking for a Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. This role requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with diverse teams. Candidates from India or Nepal are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products for retail stores
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify potential new products
- Create attractive product displays and ensure proper placement of products in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns about products
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving product performance

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, additional knowledge of Hindi or Nepali is a plus
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a biometric passport valid for at least 6 months
- Comfortable working without accommodation provided by the company

Salary: 1800$ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
