As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetic designs for various construction projects. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience or English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their requirements and vision
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information such as measurements and photos
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools (e.g. SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Creative thinking with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in architectural design or related field is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g. Revit)
