Online Consultant - Indian Applicants Only


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a remote position open only to Indian applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Advise clients on products, services, and processes related to our company's offerings
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing

Salary:
$1400 per month
