Online Consultant - Indian Applicants

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their online needs and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position that does not require English language skills and is open to Indian applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide guidance and support to clients on utilizing our online services
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting any problems they may encounter
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery process

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or customer service representative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (preferred) or Hindi
- Knowledge of various online platforms and tools such as social media, email, messaging apps, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Los Angeles, but due to the nature of the role being primarily online-based, we are open to hiring candidates from anywhere in India. No relocation or accommodation will be provided.
