Computer Systems Analyst



We are a rapidly growing tech company based in Akron and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our company’s computer systems and procedures to ensure they are meeting business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying any inefficiencies or areas for improvement within our systems and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is an urgent job with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems or procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance
- Train users on new systems or processes as needed
- Document system specifications, user manuals, and other technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of database management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience in software development
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience working with cloud computing technologies

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
Our office is located in Akron but remote work options are available for qualified candidates.
