We are urgently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.
