We are in search of an organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As a part of our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the administrative department.
- Handle employee concerns, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Filipino language proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management is preferred.

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Al-Wakra

We welcome all nationalities for this role. However, preference will be given to Filipinos. This position is open to both men and women. Part-time options are also available.
