We are a leading company in the city of Siauliai, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the company
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events to promote company products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a team of sales representatives
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation
