Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager for our construction company in Dar Kulaib. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing construction projects and should be able to lead and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish. They should also have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on-site at various locations.
