We are a leading auto repair shop in Eldoret and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This includes assessing damage, removing damaged parts, repairing or replacing damaged panels, and ensuring the final finish is flawless.

Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best course of action for repair
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames and align body panels to restore vehicle's structure
- Weld and apply body filler to repair damaged areas
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match vehicle's original finish
- Inspect completed repairs for quality and accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed and estimated cost of repairs
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an auto repair shop
- Extensive knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work in a timely manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers

Salary:

Location:
This position is located in Eldoret, Kenya. While we welcome applicants of any nationality, preference will be given to those already authorized to work in Kenya.

Accommodation:
