We are hiring a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Pula. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for casting and molding metal parts, maintaining equipment, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Your duties will include operating various machinery, analyzing blueprints, and performing quality checks on finished products.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of metallurgy and metal casting techniques. You must also be able to work with precision and attention to detail while adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a foundry setting and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, and ladles
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyze blueprints and specifications for casting projects
- Perform quality checks on finished products using various measuring tools
- Maintain foundry equipment by performing regular inspections and repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foundryman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy and metal casting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
