Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and standards. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk. However, we welcome applicants of any nationality who are able to work legally in Russia.
