Architectural Designer (Izhevsk)



We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, drawings, and plans for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs, drawings, and plans based on client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated with current building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Keep track of project timelines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English language skills preferred)

Salary:
1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk

This is a full-time position but we also offer part-time opportunities for students or those looking for flexible work arrangements.
