We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning systems and algorithms that will help drive business growth and success.

In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. You will also be responsible for building and deploying scalable machine learning models that can handle large volumes of data.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You should also have experience with programming languages such as Python or R and have a strong background in statistics and mathematics.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques
- Building and deploying scalable machine learning models
- Handling large volumes of data to train models
- Conducting experiments to improve model performance
- Monitoring model performance and making necessary adjustments
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
