Facade Technician

Position: Facade Technician
Location: Atlanta, USA

We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade installation and maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a contract position, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of facade systems including glass, metal panels, and stone cladding.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine materials needed for each project.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, drill, or fasten materials as required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing facade systems and provide solutions for repair or replacement.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation and maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, saws, screwdrivers etc.
- Strong understanding of different types of facade materials and their properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid work permit/visa for the United States.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
