We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Mombasa. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus according to market trends, seasonal availability, and customer preferences
- Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and portioning
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking methods and sanitation procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
