We are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Mombasa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores, ensuring they are visually appealing and stocked with the right amount of inventory. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure products are displayed properly and shelves are stocked with the right amount of inventory
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to negotiate prime display locations and promotions for products
- Monitor sales performance of products and make adjustments as needed to maximize sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new product launches or seasonal campaigns
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English is required
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Mombasa
