Job Title: Experienced Gardener in Malindi, Kenya


We are hiring an experienced Gardener to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the gardens and overall landscape of our property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, trees, and flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and fertilizing various plants, trees, and flowers according to seasonal needs
- Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Maintaining garden beds by removing weeds and dead plants
- Monitoring pest control measures to protect the garden from infestations
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Designing new garden layouts and suggesting improvements for existing ones
- Keeping track of inventory for gardening supplies and making orders as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plants, trees, and flowers found in the region
- Familiarity with proper gardening techniques such as pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Ability to operate various gardening equipment safely
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Biometric passport required for Indian nationals
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with other team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. However, it can be negotiated based on experience.
