Sales Executive for Luxury Retail Store in El-Ain


We are searching for a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Executive to join our luxury retail store in El-Ain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-end products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, plus commission incentives based on performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Must have own visa and be able to work legally in El-Ain
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales transactions
- Maintain visual presentation standards of the store by restocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
