Collector for Debt Collection Agency (Malayalee preferred)

We are a reputable Debt Collection Agency based in Pula, seeking a Collector to join our team. This position is suitable for individuals with experience in debt collection and is open to Malayalee candidates.

As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses who have outstanding debts to our clients. You will be required to negotiate payment plans, follow up on delinquent accounts, and maintain accurate records of all communication and progress made.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred as you will be primarily dealing with Malayalee clients. You should also possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, without accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for the selected candidate.

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in debt collection or a similar role. A high school diploma is required, but a degree in finance or related field would be an advantage.
