Wedding Planner
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing flawless wedding events for our clients. This is a contract position that comes with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and requirements
- Develop detailed wedding plans and timelines
- Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors, such as venues, caterers, florists, DJs, etc.
- Manage budgets and ensure all expenses stay within budget
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, decorations, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Oversee the work of vendors on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire planning process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or in event planning
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with different cultures and traditions related to weddings is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
