IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Washington. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and other IT-related services
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Train employees on proper use of hardware, software, and network systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in the company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Washington (accommodation provided)
