IT Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Washington. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all company data through regular backups and system updates
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends and best practices
- Experience managing a team and working with external vendors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
