We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Indian cuisine and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that showcase the flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and menus
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Continuously strive for improvement in food quality, consistency, and creativity

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
