Restaurant Manager - Moscow

Our restaurant in Moscow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to meet financial targets
- Plan and organize special events or promotions to attract customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record in meeting financial goals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
