We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they provide top-notch service to customers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the restaurant to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that appeal to our diverse customer base.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure open communication and address any concerns or suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with all local health codes, regulations, and laws.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits for employment in Russia.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided.
