Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, painting, and staining on a variety of surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to achieve desired finishes
- Ensure all finished products meet specifications and quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a finisher or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as sanding and lifting heavy materials
- Familiarity with various types of finishes, paints, stains, and techniques
