Cleaner - Housekeeping Specialist

We are in need of a reliable and efficient Cleaner - Housekeeping Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes in Washington. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to our clients' preferences and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dust and polish furniture and surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, etc.
- Maintain organization of closets, cabinets, and drawers
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
- Adhere to our clients' specific cleaning instructions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an asset
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently without supervision
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within allocated time frames

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month but may increase based on experience and performance.

Location:
This position is located in Washington but may require occasional travel to other nearby cities.
