Construction Project Manager



We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are feasible and meet budget requirements
- Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections on site to identify any issues or delays
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the project

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: $1600/month
