Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Nizwa

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing company in Nizwa. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment used in the production process. You should have a good understanding of machine mechanics and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise. The ideal candidate should be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and equipment in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor production process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
