Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and producing accurate maps and reports. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and reports
- Communicate with clients and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
