We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Bungoma, India. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects in construction sites or industrial settings. You will also be required to inspect the crane before and after each use, ensure proper rigging of loads, and follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a crane to lift and move materials and objects according to instructions
- Inspect crane before and after each use for any defects or malfunctions
- Ensure proper rigging of loads by attaching cables, hooks, or slings
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate with other team members on site to coordinate movements of materials
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including materials moved and maintenance performed on the crane
- Report any incidents or accidents immediately to supervisors

Requirements:
- Valid Crane Operator license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
