Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Lom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to: staff management, inventory control, purchasing and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Create schedules for employees and manage labor costs within budget guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and increase sales.
- Monitor financial performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Salary: $1600 per month
