Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Lom, Bulgaria)
As a Restaurant Manager at our Indian restaurant in Lom, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing food and beverage preparation and service, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Train new employees on restaurant protocols and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and address any issues promptly
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs to meet budget targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Oversee scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian cuisine setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
