As a Concierge in Nairobi, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents. Your primary role will be to anticipate and fulfill their needs, whether it is booking reservations, arranging transportation, or recommending local attractions and services. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge about the area and its offerings in order to provide personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming guests and residents with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Book reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain an organized inventory of amenities and supplies
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Keep updated records of guest preferences to enhance their experience during future stays

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality training preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role; previous experience as a concierge is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Knowledge of the local area including restaurants, shops, attractions etc.
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, evenings or holidays if needed

Salary: $1700 per month.
