Sales Representative - Bungoma, Kenya


Our company is a leading provider of high-quality products in the Bungoma region and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
- Identify potential clients and understand their needs in order to provide tailored product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure maximum profitability for the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
without losing focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, Kenya.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements within Bungoma.

Visa Sponsorship:
We do offer visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan candidates who meet the requirements for a work permit in Kenya.

Freshers:
This position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers who possess the required skills and qualifications.
